The breakfast was decent and included a variety of food options. I also appreciated the convenient location near popular attractions and transportation.
The noise from the busy road outside made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the lack of help with luggage and lack of access to daylight in the room were disappointing.

The lack of adequate soundproofing in the rooms can be a major drawback, causing disturbances from outside noise such as traffic and sirens.

The staff, who were friendly and accommodating, were very good too make our experience really good. We made a special request for me and my partner, and the staff happily complied, which put a huge smile on both our faces. Not only did they fulfill our request, but they also surprised us with a delicious nostalgic breakfast the next day, which left us feeling very satisfied. The hotel's location near the airport was also very convenient for us.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.
